Drop us a note via the form above or email support@itsonsale.com.au. Include the store URL or product link. We refresh catalogues every 15 minutes but missed listings happen — we fix fast.
Refunds go through the retailer you bought from, not us — we send the click, they make the sale. If you can't reach them, email us and we'll help you escalate.
